Late I know…so I am just going to put up my pics from the Shyne Concert (Cd Release Party)…I won’t bother explaining what all went down because I think you’ve heard it from somewhere already.
Long story short…started late, technical difficulties, no shows (Barrington Levy), dissapointing acts, few good acts, DJ’s saving it (thanks Black Chiney) and Shyne at dawn, crowd was tired–the end……. P.S. My cam died on me early that night so sorry for the shitty pics from my friend’s cam.

Jasfy just dropped the first few pieces of what promises to be a onslaught of new pieces from them in the next month for the Belizean Clothing line. Stay tuned!

Red.i, real name, Mark Ermeav, didn’t have an early start in the music business but he is making up for lost time. Red.i is multi-talented to say the least; he sings, writes and produces his own songs and has now decided it is time for him to bring his own material to the masses.
With inspirations such as Bob Marley, he ensures that his music has a latent positive message stating that, “I like other reggae and dancehall artists, old and new, I just don’t like some of the messages in their songs because the youths are very impressionable and really need more role models to inspire them to be all they could be…drugs and guns just lead to jail or the grave”; proving that he understands the power of the medium that is music.
This Belizean artist reminds you of a cool mix of names like Sizzla, Collie Buddz and Junior Gong. Don’t believe me? Take a listen to his first single “Wolf” which he produced in Florida where he is currently based. Unfinished version or not, the song is fire.
He is currently working on his debut album and plans to feature other Belizean and Jamaican Artists. Look for a few more singles from Red.i as he aims for a summer release. Red.i states, “My album will have a nice mix of music… dancehall style vocals on hip hop, dancehall, dance, r&b, reggae, and reggaeton instrumentals… which I produced… I am a very humble person but try to keep my standards high… aim for the stars and reach the moon kinda thing.”
Red.i: “I know I’m not young like other artists when they start out…I have lots to say and I try to make my lyrics reflect my maturity and world view.”
Nuff said, now listen.
